These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.storys.md are applicable to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by the company Azamet Plus SRL through the website.
Before using the site, we recommend that you carefully read the presented Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.
1. General provisions
This site is owned by Azamet Plus SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) presented below.
The use of the website www.storys.md implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Azamet Plus SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established on the basis of Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other regulatory acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
2. Personal data protection
We process your personal data under Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, in force since 23 August 2026.
What we collect, for which purposes, on what legal basis, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have are set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and your tracking choices are described in the Cookie Policy.
To place an order we ask only for your name and phone number; every other field is optional. Analytics and advertising run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the "Cookie settings" control in the page footer.
3. Placing an order and payment
Payment for orders is possible by bank card - upon receipt of the order you will receive a tax receipt that will confirm the payment.
Online payment is made in conditions of maximum security using a bank card as a payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After payment you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure maib page where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the payment card that was used for purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
The following data will be requested for payment:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiry date (month and year)
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
- Name and surname on the payment card
All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). In case the currency of the operation differs from the currency of the payment, the conversion of the amount of the operation is carried out according to the exchange rate for card operations on the day of settlement of the issuing bank.
4. Delivery of products / goods / services
4.1. Working hours
The delivery service is available daily, including on the official holidays of the Republic of Moldova (except for December 31, January 1 and Easter holidays). Delivery orders are accepted from 9:00 (Cahul and Comrat restaurants), from 10:00 (Ceadîr-Lunga restaurant) until 22:30.
4.2. Delivery time
The approximate delivery time ≈ 50 minutes, from the confirmation of the order by our operators. The delivery time may be extended in separate cases (for example, unfavorable weather conditions, the period of state holidays, unforeseen technical malfunctions, etc.). We will inform you if we encounter one of the situations mentioned above.
4.3. Cost
The cost of delivery is 45 MDL in the cities of Cahul, Comrat and Ceadîr-Lunga. For orders from 350 MDL, delivery is FREE in the cities of Cahul, Comrat and Ceadîr-Lunga.
4.4. Pickup
Pickup is free.
4.5. Suburb
Delivery to nearby settlements is carried out by the taxi service. The cost of delivery is fixed for each locality and starts from 90 MDL, depending on the distance. Once the order reaches the amount set for that locality, the restaurant covers the cost of delivery — in full for most localities. The exact delivery cost and the free-delivery amount for your locality are shown in the delivery calculator on the website.
To get information about the cost of delivery, you can contact the call center or place an order online. When placing an online order, after selecting your locality, you will see information about the cost of delivery, depending on the amount of your order. Also, you can familiarize yourself with the list of settlements to which delivery is carried out and the cost (below and above the free-delivery amount set for each locality) on the page ' Delivery and payment'.
When placing an order, you can specify any address for delivery - home, office or any other address. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver an order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.
Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the packaging, the presence of a fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims on these issues are not accepted.
5. Right to return
Return conditions: In case the Buyer refuses the Order due to violation of the conditions for the sale of products, or in case the quality of the products does not correspond, the Buyer is obliged to notify www.storys.md by e-mail at zakaz.storys@gmail.com within 2 (two) hours from the moment of delivery / receipt of the order, about his refusal to receive the Order, indicating the reason and providing documentary data justifying the refusal, as well as providing documents confirming the payment of the order and requesting the replacement of the ordered products (if possible) or the return of the money paid.
Processing time for the return request: The return will be made within 7 days from the moment of payment of the order. * Note - “receipt of funds to the Client's account may take longer, depending on the account operator”.
After 2 (two) hours and in case www.storys.md has not received a notification from the Client about the refusal to receive the order and the return of the money, the order is considered fulfilled, the money for it is not subject to return.
